Where required, programmes can be customised to meet specific customer training needs.

Apprentice Vacancy 2026 Intake
LH Marthinusen a division of ACTOM (Pty) Ltd is hiring Apprentices to join a 4-year Apprenticeship Programme. Successful applicants will be awarded a Limited Duration Contract with the possibility of permanent employment. Training for apprentices will be aligned with the requirements of MerSETA including qualifying for a trade test.
Engineers in Training (EIT) Vacancy
LH Marthinusen a division of ACTOM (Pty) Ltd is hiring Graduates (EIT's) to join a Graduate Development Programme (GDP). Successful applicants will be awarded a 12-month Limited Duration Contract contract with the possibility of permanent employment. Training for engineers will be aligned with the requirements of ECSA for professional registration after 3 to 5 years, but such registration will remain the responsibility of the trainee.
SHEQ Graduate Internship Programme
LH Marthinusen a division of ACTOM (Pty) Ltd has a Graduate Internship for individuals who have successfully completed a Degree in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) or related to join a Graduate Development Programme (GDP). Successful applicants will be awarded a 12-month Limited Duration Contract With the possibility of permanent employment. Training for SHEQ Intern will be aligned as per requirements.
Technologist in Training (TIT) Vacancy
LH Marthinusen a division of ACTOM (Pty) Ltd is hiring Engineering Technology students in need to join a TIT Training Programme designed to offer practical exposure deemed as a requirement to obtain a qualification. Successful applicants will be awarded a 6-month Limited Duration Contract for P1 and another 6 months for P2, offered at the employer's discretion.
